What do I bring into our coaching session?
My personality

- I am genuinely interested to get to know you, to understand you, to help you if I can, and to learn from you.
My education
- Doctor of Dental Surgery. Working as public healthcare dentist in the Helsingborg Sweden area for 5 years.
- PhD degree in Cariology.
My life experience
- During my 40 years in the Pharma industry I’ve worked together with thousands of individuals around the world, solving work tasks and achieving work goals. As a colleague, as a line manager, and as a project and portfolio leader.
- I have also had the privilege of working in Italy for almost 4 years and in Poland for 1.5 years.
- With that as a basis, the greatest asset I’ve gained during my working life is all the knowledge that other people have thankfully shared with me, given to me. About their careers, about the decisions, about their challenges, about their thought processes. About their lives.
- The more people I’ve followed, the more I’ve learnt. And the more I’ve learnt, the more I’ve been able to share with yet other people.
- My greatest satisfaction has come during latest years through the 14 people I’ve had the privilege of following to more senior career positions than mine. Their success brings a lot of pride into my heart.
- Thus I am a self-taught coach.
